Making wordpress comment links open in a new window can be tricky. We have have been looking for a good solution and maybe consider a plugin! We did find some cool pages on the topic though..

Search engines will rank your site higher if you have more 2 way linking from higher PR sites. So in other words the more high PR sites that link to you and you link to them the stronger your presence is to search engines.

What we do is build a hand picked campaign of relevant sites for your niche. Say if you have a site for candle making we will contact other candle makers and offer an exchange of links. Link building can be a very time consuming process but well worth the reward in the end.
